Vaidya Ganjam Krishna Prasad, the founder of this organization, was born and brought up in a traditional Ayurveda Acharya family that has been practicing the science of life by serving the sick and enlightening society with various treatments and healthy practices that benefit both individuals and the nation as a whole. Inspired by his ancestors, he qualified with first-class honors, earning the highest degree in Ayurveda — Ayurveda Vachaspati (M.D. in Kayachikitsa – General Medicine) in the year 1978. Since then, he has established Charaka Ayurveda Asramam and continued to serve mankind. He possesses expertise in treating a wide range of diseases, as mentioned under the specialties for the general public, including those affecting children, women, the elderly, and individuals with lifestyle disorders — focusing on both treatment and prevention of recurrence.
